Authors are invited to submit their papers in PDF format following the IEEE conference template. The template can be downloaded from the IEEE website: IEEE Templates. All submissions must be made electronically via EDAS: EDAS Submission Link. For inquiries regarding the submission process, please contact akassem@ndu.edu.lb. Accepted and presented papers, where authors have completed the registration process, will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Authors of the selected papers presented at the conference will be invited to prepare an extended version of their papers to be considered for publication in BAU Journal - Science and Technology.

All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous evaluation process. Submissions will be assessed based on the significance and relevance of the research topic, technical merits, novelty of the approach, robustness of the results, and clarity of presentation. Each paper will be reviewed by at least two expert reviewers to ensure a thorough and fair evaluation.
